We provide preventative maintenance contracts to third party installations employing HFC’s, ammonia and carbon dioxide as well as secondary heat transfer fluids such as glycol and chilled water.
We manage our client’s needs from our head office in Telford, utilising our bespoke Service and Maintenance software which has direct links to the engineer’s PDA’s and our vehicle tracking software meaning we have accurate records which are easily accessed via a cloud-based portal by our clients. This system allows the client to view and download Service and Maintenance reports, PPM sheets and leak detection records.
We provide a range of preventative maintenance activities through oil sampling, full spectrum vibration analysis and reporting on major plant items and thermal imaging surveys on control panels and key components.
We produce customer specific KPI’s and reports and use current run hours to forecast compressor servicing requirements.
Our Trend BMS system we operate a fully automated alarm handling system, reporting plant faults in real time to the site supervisory software and the on-call engineer. Through the system we are able to fully access, support and interrogate our installations remotely. We can also configure the system to send plant alarms direct to our clients key personnel via SMS and email utilising reliable 4G technology.
We have service engineers on call out 24 hours a day every day of the year, which is managed through our dedicated call centres, with full escalation procedures to support our clients out of hours requirements.
We supply parts for all major equipment manufacturers directly and auxiliary equipment through a network of wholesalers who also provide our clients refrigerant supplies 24 hours a day every day of the year.
